【美國移民】已經收到USCIS的核准通知函，還需要等配額嗎？

上星期收到USCIS寄來的信函

上面說我的I-130已經被核准(approved)

再去USCIS的網站上查詢進度

確實也看到了以下的說明：On April 30

2010

we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE

FIANCE(E)

OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice

call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.看起來是已經核准

但是卻有一種說法是還是需要等待配額

請問是這樣嗎？還是就等National Visa Center透過AIT通知體檢及面談即可呢??我的申請資格是U.S. citizen filing for a married son or daughter over 21感謝各位大德指引迷津
You are correct on everything.The approval of I-130 means he is officially on the waitlist.NVC will contact further if there is anything needed.
